Symplan recently prepared a social impact assessment of a proposed affordable housing initiative in Preston in the City of Darebin. The findings of the study will help inform Council's decision-making process and implementation of the proposal.

Bonnie Rosen gave expert evidence at the Panel Hearing in October 2020 for the AGL gas import and pipeline in Crib Point and Hastings, Mornington Peninsula. The Minister for Planning did not support the proposal.
Bonnie also recently presented evidence before the Gaming Commission on the social and economic impacts of a proposed new gaming venue with 40 electronic gaming machines in Koo Wee Rup. This application was refused by the Gaming Commission.
