Symplan has been engaged to prepare a social impact assessment of a proposed affordable housing initiative in Preston in the City of Darebin. The findings of the study will help inform Council's decision-making process and implementation of the proposal.
Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus, the Gambling Harm Conference has been postponed. Bonnie was looking forward to presenting on the role local government plays in preventing and minimising gambling-related harms alongside more than 80 local and international speakers at Australia's only conference dedicated to #gamblingharm.
Symplan is also preparing a social impact assessment on the future Floating Storage Regasification Unit and Pipeline Project located in Crib Point and Hastings, Mornington Peninsula.
