We have developed several social and planning policies guiding the location and operation of licensed premises and gaming venues for local governments in Victoria. We have recently prepared local planning and social policies for gaming venues the Cities of Melbourne, Melton, Manningham and Maroondah. We have also prepared alcohol management plans for the Cities of Wyndham, Hume, Whittlesea and Greater Dandenong.
Our expertise is used to prepare social impact assessments for large scale infrastructure projects such as the Westgate Tunnel Project, East West Link, Mornington Safe Harbour and extension of the Epping Rail line.
We also regularly prepare social and economic impact assessments for proposals including social housing, gaming venues and licensed premises.
